First the car, then…
We had a violent windstorm during the last twenty-four hours. There was a fair amount of damage around the area. A very large tree toppled into a house not far from my workplace. I was concerned about the tree that separates us from our neighbor.
As we arrived home this evening I could see that the tree was still standing. Whew!
A bit later, when I went to walk the dog, I discovered that we lost a large chunk of our shingles on the windward side of the roof.
Aaauuuughhhh!!!!
